Paint all woodwork and ceilings – make good and seal in old wallpaper, apply new wallpaper throughout to a finish.

New bathroom, stop and paint ceiling and woodwork after re-fit has been complete.

Make good cornice and re-paint area after plumber has changed the heat pump.

Colour change to walls and doors all works out of normal working hours.

Water blast roof, convert all rust to primer, re-paint roof

External Re-paint

New fit out within the family living area – stopping and paint to a finish.

Complete repaint externally, take away old signage and re-finish in company colours.

External slippery walkway – steam cleam, apply floor paint with recommended sand applied by hand to give an even finish and make it anti slip.

New owners gave me a 2 week window for a complete redec of ceilings/walls and all woodwork. They weren’t keen on the ceramic floor tiles in the hallway/kitchen and bathrooms so I prepared them for paint, used the appropriate primer and finished them in a more suitable colour.

Earthquake damaged office, complete re-dec completed out of normal working hours.
